ROI calculator · the "$1,500+" objection, in numbers

See what an agent
frees up — before you book.

Move the sliders, pick your industry, and the math updates live. The dollar value is what the freelance ops work would cost on the open market — but at the audit, we confirm it against your actual workflow instead of the estimate.

Sliders are starting points — the math updates live as you tweak them.

Presets are starting points — they only fill fields you haven't edited yet. Tweak any slider or input afterward.

Recalls, no-shows, post-visit notes.

Booking, reminders, paperwork triage.

Conservative defaults protect credibility — agents take a share of these hours, not all of them. Drop the slider if your workflow needs more human-in-the-loop review.

Move at least one slider — the math stays at zero because all three are at zero.

Book your free audit

The math travels with you — the audit intake opens with the estimate pre-filled into the note field.

The math behind the math

Four assumptions, named so you can audit them.

The estimate protects itself from looking too rosy. If any assumption is wrong, the audit will catch it before the contract is signed — not in week six.

    Industry defaults are starting points

Dental, real-estate, and home-service presets only prefill fields you have not edited. They are a guess at a likely load, not a quote — and the free audit revises them after seeing your real workflow.

  • 02

Automation can cover ~60–70% of those hours

The robot takes a share of the load, not all of it. A typical ‘no-show’ flow has parts the owner still owns (judgement, escalation). Defaulting to less than 100% protects the payback number from looking too good.

  • 03

    A month is 4.33 weeks, not 4

Yearly hours / 12 — keeps weekly and monthly math consistent. The payback shown in the result panel matches the note we send to the audit intake.

  • 04

Retainer band $500–$3,000 is the input

The slider covers the range the audit can scope to. Smaller retainers target the discovery call; larger retainers cover a multi-week build with the operator on call.
